Eli joined the St John’s Wood office of Foxtons in 2002, which marked the start of his property career. After a rapid progression, in 2004 Eli was given the responsibility of launching the Muswell Hill branch, which quickly became the most successful opening of any Foxtons office since inception. Eli then returned to head up the St Johns Wood office until 2008, which is when he left to co-found SAS Investments with Tim Jackson. Eli prides himself on his attention to operational detail, which coupled with his drive and renowned determination ensures the business always delivers homes that exceed market expectations.
Tim co-founded SAS Investments with Eli having previously worked with him at Foxtons since 2004. In 2006, Tim was asked to manage Foxton’s Hampstead office where he almost doubled sales revenue within two years. Tim took the decision to set up SAS Investments as the credit crunch took hold believing that a counter-cyclical approach would offer a strong buying opportunity. He has led the transition of the company from a pure investment model to that of a successful developer. By focusing on opportunities to add value to difficult sites via planning gains, Tim has consistently demonstrated expertise in both sourcing exceptional deals and in navigating the complexities of the planning system.
