Pinnacle – Muswell Hill N10
Pinnacle is the first new build scheme in central Muswell Hill in over 30 years. It was originally a sizeable piece of land that was home to a pub and car park, and was purchased from the pub owner in 2012. The team gained planning for a mixed use scheme of 28 residential units, a commercial unit and a specialist school for children with cerebral palsy (LCCCP). By Spring 2016, 70% of all apartments had been sold off plan, with the houses due to be launched in Autumn 2016. The site is due to be completed in December 2016.
