SAS Investments has converted this historic Grade II listed building into a nursery school for The Learning Experience. Comprising approximately 10,500 square feet, a playground and parking, it is TLE’s first UK site. Commenting on the project, co-founder Tim Jackson said, “We were delighted to work with TLE to deliver their first London site. It is a stunning Victorian Grade II listed buiding that we have carefully modernised and extended for their needs. It is a short walk to East Finchley underground station and ideally poisitioned for families living in Hampstead Garden Suburb and East Finchley.”
SAS worked with pH+ architects, Savills planning consultants and Barnet Council to gain planning permission and listed building consent to deliver this landmark site.
