Completion of new nursery building and lease to TLE

The team is delighted to have completed the handover of 250 East End Road to The Learning Experience for their first UK-based nursery school. Capable of accommodating up to 180 children, the building is a stunning refurbishment and extension of a landmark Grade II listed Victorian school.

Commenting on the deal, co-founder Tim Jackson said “This was a project close to our hearts as the team lives and works in the area and have seen our own young children through nursery schools, knowing how acute the need for spaces is. We were delighted to be able to provide a top-class new facility in a perfect location close to the family residential areas of East Finchley and Hampstead Garden Suburb and with the convenience of being a short walk to the underground. We were extremely impressed with the vision of TLE and their team when we met them and their ambitious growth plans in the UK. They are one of the most respected, largest and dynamic providers in the States and it is testament to their trust in SAS to deliver upon our shared vision that they have taken a long-term lease on such a large site with us”
