SAS Investments is a London-based property company specialising in sourcing unique opportunities to add value through planning and development.

SAS Investments was created in early 2008 by Tim Jackson and Eli Robinson. The founders met while working as managers for successful branches of Foxtons in areas such as Hampstead, St John’s Wood and Muswell Hill. Between them they have amassed over 35 years’ combined experience in the London property sector.

Our story

When SAS began life, the UK property market was suffering its worst slump since the Second World War as the world economy was in the depths of the 2008 financial crisis.

London residential property prices fell significantly as banks cut lending. Tim and Eli, assisted by non-executive chairman John Jackson, pooled together a diverse group of high-net-worth investors, and created SecureASale (SAS Investments). The company was designed to be nimble enough to take advantage of the rapidly changing property market, and in particular distressed property situations.

SAS excels at identifying brownfield sites in established residential areas of London and has a track record of achieving significant planning gains on complicated and challenging projects. The management team works with a trusted and proven core of professional advisors to streamline an inherently risky process into a proven model that has consistently delivered outstanding returns on a project by project basis. Moving forward, the team will continue to identify development opportunities in its core London catchment area, and use its detailed local expertise to make informed planning decisions.
